Curries
Born in Cape Town with Malay, Afrikaans, and Jewish heritage (DNA spice), I have travelled to Rajasthan and Kerala in India, and all over Sri Lanka cooking with spices and eating. Our chefs were also born into their own spice vocabulary in Kurland, right up the road. We make our Curries with love and whole spices, from scratch, using cherished recipes from friends and family.
